Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received.

To exercise this right, inform Berlin Hold’Em UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Cimbernstr. 55, 12524 Berlin, Germany, telephone +49 176 57952540, email kontakt@berlin-holdem.com, of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model form below, but it is not compulsory.

It is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same means of payment as the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you supply evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to Berlin Hold’Em UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Cimbernstr. 55, 12524 Berlin, Germany, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after informing us of your withdrawal. Sending the goods before this period expires is sufficient.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable for diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
