Card games have barely changed across generations. Their design, however, has rarely changed for the better.
While developing an app with card elements, it became clear how limited the selection is. Quality was inconsistent, many materials felt cheap, and countless designs seemed stuck in the past.
Playing cards don’t need to reinvent themselves.
But their design is allowed to evolve, with more attention to detail and contemporary aesthetics.

From the start, it wasn’t just about creating something that looks different. It had to feel right, too.
The format follows the familiar proportions of classic poker cards, refined until the balance feels natural in the hand.
310 gsm black-core paper with a linen finish gives the cards stability, grip and a balanced, calm handling.

Production takes place in China to make the project economically viable. At the same time, key components were deliberately chosen. German black-core paper and German printing presses ensure precision and consistent quality.
