Berlin Hold’em was created from a simple observation.

While card games have remained the same for generations, their design rarely has.

During the development of an app that included card elements, it became clear how limited the landscape was. Quality was inconsistent, materials felt cheap, and many designs seemed stuck in the past.

Playing cards do not need to be reinvented.

But they can evolve.

Design and play, equally important.

From the beginning, the goal was not just to create something that looks different. It had to feel right.

The format follows the familiar proportions of classic poker cards, refined until the balance felt natural in hand. 310 gsm black core paper with a linen finish provides stability and grip without the artificial smoothness of plastic cards.

Cards should not slide uncontrollably across the table. They should respond.

Quality without shortcuts.

Production takes place in China to make the project economically viable. At the same time, key components were selected deliberately. German black core paper and German printing machinery ensure precision and consistency.

Every order is reviewed. Every batch is an opportunity to improve.

Profit is not the guiding principle. The product comes first.

The aim is to release new designs every few months and expand the collection step by step. The long-term vision is to make modern playing cards accessible across Europe and beyond, from private tables to bars and public spaces.
