Deliveries to Germany

We dispatch from our warehouse in Berlin. The following information applies to delivery addresses in Germany.

Shipping costs

Standard delivery within Germany costs €4.99 for goods worth less than €30.00. Free standard delivery is available from €30.00.

All prices include statutory VAT. The threshold is based on the value of goods after discounts. The available delivery method and total price are displayed before you place your order.

Delivery time

Delivery within Germany takes 3–7 working days unless a different time is stated for the product. Working days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing time is included.

The period starts on the day after the contract is concluded or, for agreed advance payment, on the day after you instruct your bank to make payment. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the delivery location, it is replaced by the next working day.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days. After dispatch you receive a shipping confirmation, including a tracking link if tracking is available for the selected delivery method.

Payment

You may use the payment methods offered for your order at checkout. Available methods and the total payable are displayed before ordering.

For immediate payment methods, payment is initiated during checkout. For any invoice, instalment or other deferred payment option offered, the provider’s payment terms displayed before the contract is concluded apply.
