Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers within the meaning of § 13 German Civil Code (BGB) via our online shop.


2. Contractual Partner

The purchase contract is concluded with:

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By clicking the button “Buy now” or a similar button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping cart.

The purchase contract is concluded only when we explicitly accept your order or dispatch the goods.


4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in Euro (€) and include the applicable statutory VAT.

Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process.


5. Delivery

Delivery is made within the European Union (EU).

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, delivery times are:

  • Germany: 3–7 business days

  • other EU countries: 5–14 business days


6. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

  • other payment providers shown during checkout

The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.


7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.


8. Statutory Warranty Rights

The statutory warranty rights apply.


9. Liability

We are fully liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.

In cases of slight negligence, we shall only be liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.


10. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If the customer is a consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
