6. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include statutory VAT.

7. Delivery
Delivery is made within the European Union (EU).
Unless stated otherwise, delivery times are:
Germany: approx. 3–7 business days
EU: approx. 5–14 business days
8. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

9. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until paid for in full.
10. Transfer of risk
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the customer only upon handover of the goods.

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.
