Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers within the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

2. Voluntary Return Period

In addition to the statutory withdrawal right, we offer a voluntary return period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

After this period has expired, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

This voluntary return policy does not affect your statutory withdrawal rights.


3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused

  • it must be in the same condition that you received it

  • it should preferably be returned in the original packaging

Please ensure that returned items are sent back with the protective plastic wrapping or seal intact, where applicable.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


4. Diminished Value of Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.


5. Partial Refunds

In certain situations only partial refunds may be granted, for example:

  • items with obvious signs of use

  • items not in their original condition

  • damaged items or items missing parts not due to our error

  • items returned more than 30 days after delivery


6. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within several business days.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. First check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Then contact your bank.

If you still have not received your refund, please contact us by email.

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.


8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us by email.


9. Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please contact us by email so that we can provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
