Statutory 14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. For separate deliveries from one order, receipt of the last item determines the start of the period. Full terms and the model form are in our withdrawal instructions.
Opening the packaging or removing the protective film from our playing cards does not exclude this right. You may inspect the goods. Compensation for diminished value is payable only under the statutory conditions, particularly for handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
No prior approval or customer account is required. An unequivocal statement, for example to kontakt@berlin-holdem.com, is sufficient.
Refunds following statutory withdrawal
For withdrawal from the entire order, we also reimburse our least expensive standard delivery costs. Additional costs of a more expensive delivery method chosen by you are not refunded. Reimbursement is due within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold it until we receive the goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.
Return the goods within 14 days of declaring withdrawal; dispatch within this period is sufficient. You bear the direct return costs. No flat processing or restocking fee applies.
Orders already placed retain the return terms promised at the time of purchase.
Damaged, faulty or incomplete deliveries
Contact kontakt@berlin-holdem.com and describe the problem. Photos and your order number help, but are not conditions for exercising statutory rights.
Statutory rights concerning defects apply. We bear the necessary costs of statutory remedies, particularly transport costs. Please contact us to arrange the return.
