What does shipping cost?
Standard delivery within Germany costs €4.99. Free standard delivery is available from €30.00 in goods after discounts. All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping and payment
Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?
We ship from Berlin. Delivery within Germany takes 3–7 working days, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, unless stated otherwise for the product. Normal processing of 1–2 working days is included. See shipping and payment for when the period starts.
Can I track my order?
You receive a shipping confirmation after dispatch. If your delivery method includes tracking, the link is included.
Can I change my delivery address?
Email kontakt@berlin-holdem.com as soon as possible. Before dispatch, we will check whether a change is possible.
Can I return opened playing cards?
Yes, under statutory withdrawal: opened packaging or removed protective film does not exclude this right. You may inspect the cards. Further handling may lead to compensation for diminished value under statutory conditions. Withdrawal instructions and form
Who pays for return shipping?
You bear the direct return costs for statutory withdrawal. We bear necessary transport costs for statutory remedies concerning defects.
What if my delivery is damaged or incomplete?
Contact us with a brief description. Your order number and photos help identify the issue, but are not required for statutory rights. We will discuss the next steps with you.
Who manufactures the cards?
The manufacturer is Berlin Hold’Em UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Cimbernstr. 55, 12524 Berlin, Germany. Contact: kontakt@berlin-holdem.com. The cards are designed in Germany and made in China.
